From here we can see, the region source of the Varosa river, near the village of Almofala, dominated by schist rocks and then through the granitic rocks of the massive of Montemuro, being visible a drastic river\u2019s change of direction to the north. This is a good example of existing rivers\u2019 adaptation to the fracturing granitic lithology.
